We are pleased to have Whitney Kennedy return again as Head Coach of our U22 Program, and High Performance Director for 2025-26. Whitney is in her 11th year coaching with the Aeros, initially with our former Bantam AA affiliate, before joining the Junior staff as an Associate Coach 6 years ago. Prior to coaching with the Aeros, she was also a hockey instructor at Canlan Oakville hockey camps for many years.

Whitney is a 3-year U22AA player and two-year alumna of the Junior Aeros, where she was Assistant Captain and Centre. With the Junior Aeros, her team won a League Championship in 2006-07. In her senior season with the Aeros, she scored 25 goals. Following that, she went on to win an ECAC regular season title and Ivy League Championship playing at then nationally-ranked Harvard, while earning All-Academic honours.

She graduated from Harvard with an Honours degree in both History and Science (Mind Brain Behaviour certificate), and Global Health & Health Policy, and is currently VP of Commercial Advisory at Infrastructure Ontario.

We are also pleased to welcome Felice Turano to the Aeros as 2025-26 U18 Head Coach.

Felice was drafted by the Guelph Storm in 2001 as a Defenseman. Following Junior A experience with the Mississauga Chargers and Miramichi Timberwolves among others, he wrapped up his playing career with the Streetsville Derbys, where he played for the prestigious RBC Cup, the Junior A National Championship.

Felice has extended his love for hockey into coaching and skill development with all ages and levels for the past 15 years, most recently coaching 18AA and 15AA in the GTHL. He is also a hockey development professional, running hockey camps and training players at the elite level including OHL and NHL draft picks.

As the father of two pre-school daughters, Felice is thrilled to now focus on the elite level in the female game.

Felice believes strongly in honing proper on-ice individual and team skills while building good character. He emphasizes creativity, discipline, work ethic, leadership, and fostering a fun, inclusive team culture. His greatest strength as a coach is building trusting relationships with his players and helping them build confidence to achieve their full potential.
